I take on well-scoped contracts through IO Corp, for clients in Australia and overseas. What I do best is build the system for a business that knows what it needs, hire or build the team to run it, and hand it over once it's stable.
How it works
Fixed-scope contracts
Contracts run through IO Corp Pty Ltd with a fixed scope. The best fit is regulated software in its first few months of production.
We agree a brief. I build the system, build or hire the team around it, and hand it over once it runs without me. The early months of a build are where most teams slow down, and that's the stretch I'm there for.

I design and build it to the agreed requirements, the same work IO Corp did on a regulated Solana exchange, and I can run it after launch.
The team
A hiring plan, role descriptions, technical interviews and onboarding, so the people who'll run the system are in place before I leave.
The handover
Documentation, runbooks and an on-call setup. They're the boring part, and they decide whether the next year goes well, so I write them assuming I won't be around in six months.
